Mosler Incorporated is fully Y2K compliant for all mission critical systems and services.
Our Y2K evaluation and resolution team has been successful in resolving risks to our
mission critical internal systems as well as products and services provided to our
customers. All mission critical systems that support our operating infrastructure and the services provided to our customers have been tested and certified as Y2K compliant by independent consultants. This includes certification by the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA) for our new JBA business system which was put on-line July 26th. Final testing of other upgraded and replaced systems has proven successful and adequate user training has been conducted. We have also documented and confirmed (in writing) Y2K compliance of the services and products provided to Mosler by our vendors. Further, we expect to complete the upgrade or replacement of non-mission critical systems by October 1st. This pertains mostly to older PC equipment and application software used at some remote branch sites for data entry and word processing. Systems tested and certified as Y2K compliant include:
